"Have been a patient of Dr Pausa for many years. Couple of weeks ago I needed both front teeth extracted and an implant in one in order to bridge three teeth. Teeth were broken below gum line and was a bit curious as to how difficult this might be. As usual, not difficult for Dr Pausa at all. Split the teeth, extract, and placed implant within an hour. I've learned to expect nothing less from Dr Pausa and his great technical and office staff. If you need oral surgeon help he is the "go to guy" !"

"Dr. Monicka Aruora is an outstanding oral surgeon. My initial visit we discussed the procedure and she did a scan of my head see if I was ready for surgery. She took her time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. She also discussed what would be covered by insurance and what my obligations are. Dr. Arora outline what to do prior to surgery and post surgery. Her staff was kind and responsive to my needs before, during, and post procedure. Dr. Arora followed up post surgery to let me know hop everything went and answer questions. She does take many different insurance companies and adjusted rates accordingly. The recovery is still ongoing but off to a good start."

I developed a dry socket a few days after the surgery. I tried contacting the emergency number provided by the Sage Dental of Cumming several times after the surgery when the pain started getting worse but it would not even work. Therefore, I went to the Sage Dental Dentists. None of the Sage Dental dentists (at the Rosewell location and Johns Creek) believed me, nor did they bother to check properly, and one even laughed in my face. I stayed in excruciating pain for about 4 days where there was a sharp throbbing debilitating pain radiating to my ear from the exposed bone/nerves and I didn't sleep for 4 nights. My father called a whole bunch of places around/right after the 4th of July as I could not even speak properly from the pain. I was lucky to have found Dr. Pausa and the fact that he was working the day after 4th of July. Dr. Pausa's practice took me in immediately and made an appointment. Dr. Pausa was very nice, listened to all my concerns, and detected that it was a dry socket in a matter of minutes. He immediately put a medicated patch. When I went home, for the first time in a week, I experienced some relief. He genuinely cares about his patients. I am just sad that I didn't find Dr. Pausa's practice sooner as I could have avoided the excruciating pain but I am forever grateful for Dr. Pausa."

"Had my 4 wisdom teeth taken out last Tuesday (2 impacted, 2 not) and I was really pleased with my experience with Dr. Pausa's office. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. They also had a very pleasant attitude, which you don't find often in Dr's offices.It took a few weeks to get an appointment for my consultation, but I was happy I waited for an opening. During my consultation, Dr. Pausa thoroughly explained the procedure, risks and aftermath of my surgery. I appreciated that he was very upfront with what to expect.Scheduling the surgery was much quicker. The actual surgery was a breeze. I opted to get "knocked out" and I honestly do not remember a thing nor did I feel any pain. Last thing I remembered was an IV going into my arm.. and next thing I knew I was walking to recovery. Since my surgery, I've been following Dr Pausa's instructions and seem to be healing on schedule. As with any other (wisdom) tooth surgery, it hasn't been quite a holiday... however everything seems to be normal.
